Soccer is a passion, it takes years of practice, many mistakes and great moments, wins and losses, pain, sweat, memories, and much more.

Practice Makes Perfect

The greatest feeling is when your on the soccer field, and you know that your team is going to succeed ... because you look around and see your best friends playing with you.

Warm up and stretching
Warm up and stretching

Before each training session or match, each team member should perform some warm ups and stretching exercises to prepare the muscles for the physical activity.

Without stretching and warming up, players would not be able to move as freely or as quickly as they should and would increase the risk of injury.

Before each game or practice the entire team should warm up together to show an image of unity.

Tips:

  • Do not stretch before warming up.
  • Begin and finish the stretching slowly
  • Stretch the muscles at the maximum level but without any pain and keep the position for 10 - 20 seconds.
  • It is extremely important to breathe correctly during stretching exercises.
  • Perform stretching before and after each practice or a game.

Recovery:

Recovery after physical activity is similar to warming up and stretching exercises you do before the game. Practice some gentle exercises to loosen the muscle which helps main lymphatic system to eliminate the toxins and waste and allow the body temperature and heart rate to decrease gradually.

Tips :

  • It is important to drink enough watter during and after the game or practice.
  • Get a good night's sleep before and after the match
